We require credit card details to secure your appointment.
We kindly request 48 hours notice to reschedule or to make any changes to your appointment. Should you not arrive for your appointment or breach our cancellation policy 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
If your treatment is on a prepaid package, then this will unfortunately be forfeited. This also applies to gift vouchers. We reserve the right to deduct a value equal to our deposit fee from your gift voucher, should you not arrive for your appointment or provide sufficient notice. Please note that leaving a message on a Sunday (when we are closed) or a Public Holiday is not considered enough notice.
We take your appointment very seriously. The last thing we want is for you to miss out. Our booking system automatically sends reminders via text message 3 days in advance of your appointment date and our team will try their absolute best to confirm your appointment time well in advance to help you avoid any cancellation fees.
In the event that YOU cannot attend, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
Should you arrive late to your appointment, we will still deliver your treatment in the remaining time. We are totally okay for you to arrive early, our team always welcome you in clinic and love hearing about all your life adventures.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we’re okay with this but we ask that you respect our time too.
When you make an appointment we allocate the time and the therapist just for you so when we receive cancellations within the 48hr window, it’s very difficult to fill this spot.
